    Hi,

    I’m new in this area.
I opened my Stripe account and set up a product page with this plugin today.

However, I clicked the purchase button on my product page, and the Strip credit card screen doesn’t appear and nothing happened.

I deactivated my Yoast SEO and W3 Total Cache plugins, then click the button again, but it didn’t help.

I noticed a ‘Notice: Undefined offset’ error message on the product page. See my attached link. It may be a clue, but I don’t know how to fix it either.

Please help me make this work. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I followed the steps in your documentation. I learned I didn’t make a new post using my shortcode, so I made the post as below.

However, I have the same situation. I clicked the ‘Buy Now’ button, but nothing happens.

This plugin sounds really perfect for my needs. Please help me to work this out.

    I really appreciate your help.

Hi, can you carry out a plugin theme test.

Disable all other plugins except ours, then click on the buy now button? If this does not work, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen? Then click on the buy now button?

Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? Does your server use any caching system?

I also checked your site using Google Chrome developer tools and it shows a few console error messages. You should try and fix these errors just in case they are causing your issue.

Let me know how you go.

Thanks for your advise. It was my theme. I tested with Twenty Seventeen, ‘Buy Now’ button worked! Thank you very much.

Now, I have to reach my theme’s developer.

I am happy to know that you found out what was causing your issue. I am marking this thread as resolved because the issue is related to your theme and not our plugin.

If you need more help, please open up a new support thread. We are here to help you.

    Enjoy the plugin.

    Kind regards
