Punycode problem

    Hello, I have a problem, I cannot authenticate email since some mail servers need the email name in punycodeo to authenticate when I try to put a letter ? in punycode in From Email Address the plugin automatically translates that is, if I try to put [email protected] in the email the plugin automatically leaves it as info@casta?a.com and that gives me problems with external email servers. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you.

    Hi there @powebdesign,

    Thanks for the response. I checked in with our development team about this. We are passing a punycode-encoded value to the SendGrid API. This issue may be on their side of things. Try reaching out to SendGrid’s support team about the issue so they can take a look.
