Pulling Latest Resources

Hi,
I used the “Recent posts extended’ plugin to pull the two latest Resources in my Max Mega menu.

When I pull the latest Resource the title appears by default.

As of now, the resource is displayed in the below format
The thumbnail image of the resource
XXX (Title of Resource)

But I want to Customize to the below format
The thumbnail image of the resource
Resource Type (Ebook)
xxx (title of Ebook/Resource)
CTA Text (Download >>)

How do I customize to this format?

I tried configuring it, but could not find a solution to get the above custom format as I need.`
