"Pull Quote" to improve

  • Hi,
    This is the look that my pull quotes have now:
    As you can see     , the pull quote produce a paragraph-space in text, even when is placed in the middle of a phrase, it break the phrase.
    So, how can I delete this unwanted space?
    There is a system for increase the pull (out of the main text column)?
    And, lastly, how can I reduce the size of font in pull quotes?
