Pull image height

Hi,
Thank you for creating this plugin! We use a responsive theme (Divi) which doesn’t set an image height as it changes based on the @media. Is there anyway to have the plugin pull in the images width & height based so this error can get fixed:
MANDATORY_ATTR_MISSING height (see https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/blob/master/builtins/amp-img.md)
