Pull down “products per page” not working

  • Hi,

    The plugin was working at one point, and is no longer working. I tried to remove all other plugins but can not find a conflicting plugin.

    The “Default sorting” pull-down selection works, but the “12 products per page” pull-down does not work. This problem of course is occurring when I have more then 12 products to list.

    (ps, this is a development site, that will be switch to the active .com site, once fully operational)

    Any help or thoughts is appreciated.

    Hi,

    If the dropdown isn’t ‘dropping down’ its because there’s an element overlaying it, preventing the dropdown from being recognised its being clicked. (the overlaying element can be transparent)

    This is not something I can resolve in the plugin as it is theme related. I’d advise to have your web/theme developer take a look at it and make sure elements are not overlapping.

    Thank you. I did realize that when I switched to the WOOF -WooCommerce Products Filter, widget plugin on the shop side panel the issue I am having started.

    With the WOOF plugin, I tired switching the PerPage location from top to bottom with no success, many times.

    However, after Jeroen’s response. I tried switching it back to the bottom, and it started working again.

    Its working for now.
