Pull data from external database.

  • Dear Worpdress friends,

    I have a project that is quite “out of the Box”. A client has become very impressed with wordpress and has ordered a new worpdress site. This site is supposed to grab information from an old, google incompatible site that is rich in sports scores and soccer events. This old site is called https://www.masgoles.com

    I find myself wondering what is the best approach to create the wordpress version of it. I am guessing the first step is to have a better understading of how the old sites MySQL Database works. What information should I be looking for in the old site configuration?
