This looks like a nice plug-in. I want people to fill out a form and the database to be updated so I can also tell who signed up. That’s easy, but I also want the new persons name to show up on a page that shows everyone who is attending. Does this plugin have that ability? I see it shows the list on a back end screen, can that screen be displayed on a web age?

  • Yes. Click on the black triangle on the far left side of the row you want to view the data from and it will expand the window to display everything entered into the field. That is why I love this plugin, because it will record EVERYTHING that is entered on the form. And it works perfectly from the minute it’s installed.

Thanks for the feedback, I am going to check this out. Do you know if you can filter the list by the form filed or by another field? I watched a video on this plugin but I didn’t see anywhere that talks about how to display the records on a website page. I just see where you can see the entries from the back end.

It lists the data by date entered, but you can download the data as a CSV file and then manipulate the information in a spreadsheet, but it lists only by date. You can choose the date range when displaying also, but if you want to sort on a field, you will need to export your data. One of the best features of this plugin is it allows you to use the designing capabilities that Elementor forms provide and once you install the plugin, you don’t have to do anything else. It collects every entry made from that point on. No more having to use Ninja Forms or Contact Form 7’s clumsy style formatting to have an onboard database of form submissions. It also has reports and graphics, if you’re into that.

I misread your first question. I’m not sure how you would display the information in the database directly onto a web page. You would have to download it and then upload the info you want to display on your site from there. Apologies for not reading your question correctly.

I tried this plugin and it does as you described. I can see the drop down but I need to access all the entries, filter them and then display them on a web page. I have yet to find a way to do this.

I’m not sure how you can automate that process. If you figure it out, let me know.
