Pulgin site gets all white

Today I had to make a change to text on the site and I had to clear the cache with pulgin. The site took the clean and got the all white site. After via FTP deleted the pulgin and the site was good …I try to install pulgin but whenever I do that the site is white without being able to access anything …
What can I do?
