Pulgin don’t save or show modification

Kindly add some screenshots so that we can understand the issue better.

This can be due to any caching plugin which caches the page and the changes will not reflect when page viewed. Also check your site page is static or not.

You can see I tried to edit the site header.
After I made all the changes and saved, all header disappeared and just show me the image I uploaded.

I don’t know what can be causing this behaviour.

I just creater another site with Pagelayer and was all great.

Thanks for attaching screenshots with the reply.

I checked your page and I found out that the image you are uploading is at the place of featured image. I found out that there is no pagelayer header template content is showing so kindly check header template in WordPress dashboard -> Pagelayer -> Theme Templates. If the header template empty then insert some widget inside it and then check the issue.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

What I was showing you is that the image 1 shows the header, then I modified the highlighted image and the text at the left, and after finish the editing i clicked on Save and the header disappeared.
This happens with any section I try yo modify, edit, add, etc. After the modifications are made I get that blank area and that “Editar” (Edit in Spanish) text and all area goes blank.

I have already re-installed WP, Softaculous and Pagelayer and the same error keeps happening.

I have the site https://www.cgtraduiccion.cl and no error happens, all can edited without any problem.

Kindly first recover your header template using History & Revisions situated next Preview button in the bottom black panel. Then remove featured image and add image in that image widget visible in the page by simply clicking over it or by pressing pencil icon. Then check the issue.
