Puerto Rico is missing in United states

In WooCommerce, Puerto Rico is listed as a country rather than a state. When your customer is entering their address, they should select ‘Puerto Rico’ from the ‘Country’ field. This will allow them to proceed without having to select a state.

I have the same problem, and the problem is Puerto Rico is not listed in that Country/Region fields, so customers can’t select Puerto Rico.
