Publishing website temporarily

  • Hi everyone,

    I’m working on a website in wordpress and the people who invited the job would like to see it. Is there a simple way to publish it just for them to see ? I mean, without buying a domain, just so they can browse through it.

    I hope I understand it correctly, it seems that when I want to let the client preview the page I need to go through all the process to publish the website and make it live? I’ asking because I’ve just started out and the website is far from being finihsed. What would you do in such a case? Should I explain the client that they should wait until the site is finished and test it only close to the time it will be published?
