If you click on the preview location button in the sidebar, does the marker show up in the correct location? If not, what’s the exact address you are trying to add.

Have you tried it without a server key?

Yes it shows up. It just won’t allow me to publish the page. It gives me that error.

I tried without the server key and it gives me this error when i try to publish the page: You have reached the daily allowed geocoding limit, you can read more here.

If you have reached the daily geocode limit ( which is 2500 request a day per IP ), then you do need the API Key.

You are 100% sure you create a Google Maps Geocoding API server key ( not a browser key ), and enabled billing?

Are you comfortable editing PHP code? How many locations do you need to add?

I did not enable billing. Maybe that is the problem. I do feel comfortable editing php code.

i think there are going to be up to 300 locations

You do need to enable billing if you want to geocode more then 2500 locations a day and use the server key. So it will very likely work once you do that.

Let me know if still doesn’t work with billing enabled.
