Publishing Site

  • Hi-
    I am completely new to building a website. I bought my domain on Godaddy and downloaded WordPress from there. I got everything set up on WordPresss, and I have around 10 pages and a couple articles that are ready to go. I just want to publish my site. How do I do this?? Thanks!

  • What do you mean by saying you downloaded wordpress from GoDaddy? If you mean you’ve been working on your site on the GoDaddy server, then it’s already published at whatever your domain is.

    Did you hit the publish button on your posts and Pages? If you installed WordPress and it’s live, so anyone can see it, and your posts and Pages are not in draft form, the site should be live.

    If the site you are talking about is the one linked to from your member profile, please follow the instructions of your web host to make the site live. Each host has their own method.
