Publishing posts deletes All cache

whenever we publish a post it automatically deletes all stored cache, whilst we have set cache expiry time 10800 mins. it was working fine issue cropped up only 4-5 days probably with recent wordpress updates.

my site gets lot of traffic and sudden deletion creates difficult situation for us. kindly suggest a solution , it is urgent!!
