Publishing my website

  • I recently started my website but I am unable to see it. I have made changes on the WordPress part of my page and even pushed publish but I am still seeing “This page is coming soon” message, rather than my material.

    I am new to this. Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Could you provide us with a url to your site?

    Looks like that’s an index.html page from your hosting company – see this line on it –

    Please make sure to replace this page with your own index.htm page.

    You need to use FTP or Cpanel to delete that file from your server, then WP will work so long as it’s installed in the root of your site space. You don’t need to add any other files.

    No, mods can see things you can’t :). I assumed (hopefully correctly) that the URL in her profile is her site…sometimes that’s wrong but in this case, took the chance.
