publishing individual images with nextgen gallery

does anyone recommend or recommend against publishing individual pictures via nextgen gallery? i already have galleries published that include those images. will search engines think its spam if i publish the individual ones an have tons of new posts that basically just have a title and one image contained in them, and nothing more?
