  • I suggest you to update your permalink settings, and try again.

@a2hostingrj I’ve tried that, but it hasn’t worked

    I suggest you to:

    – Try using the Classic editor instead
    – Or contact your hosting provider and check if apache has this: AllowOverride All

@a2hostingrj I have been contacting the host company, but I haven’t heard back yet. I have also tried to replace the classic editor, but it doesn’t work

Try to get a hold of them. It might be a server issue.

By the way, did you install WordPress manually or with an automated software installer?

@a2hostingrj I am using NameHeap EASYWP, since I did not create it, I guess it is a deployed

I have the same problem, “the response is not a valid JSON response” I have tried to do a lot of things, from using backups, reinstalling wordpress, changing the PHP version, activating the classic editor, deactivating Gutenberg, updating the plugins, deactivating the plugins one by one to see if the error appears and nothing.

I have the idea that this problem may have to do with the SSL certificate, I will try to request them again to see if this will work.

I’m also using Namecheaps as hosting and I don’t know if the problem was caused by them, they recently switched to Litespeed technology and surely the problem is in the migration to a new server.

If I get to solve the problem “the response is not a valid JSON response” I will let you know.

If anyone can help, we would appreciate it.

I have the same problem here. Host to NameCheap, and WordPress installed manually, and I can’t publish posts with embed images or any other type of code. Do you have an answer from NameCheap? Is it possible that there is a PHP security extension that they have activated ???
