Publishing a Post without notifying readers

Hi there,

I want to publish a post on my page without sending an email to my followers.

Essentially I have a number of press-releases that I want to back-track and post about 10 at once, and I don’t want my readers to get 10 emails in one day – however I still want people to see them on the blog when the visit it.

on the same lines, if I write two posts and publish two in one day, is there a way to not send them both, or to send them in one email? I’m afraid every time I hit ‘publish’ on a post that my readers get an email.

Any advice please?
