Publish/Future Date Management

Help, I need a plugin / or php – guidance that will make the following possible:

1. WP already does this part: setup posts to publish in the future
2. NEED: when post auto-publishes/goes live, have it show a different date of my choosing (which for my purposes would be for the following day).

Crossing fingers that someone will read this soon and come to my rescue.
