• hi
I have installed three sites today and all three when published do not show my website but one image, which is unknown to me.
I have not installed any plugins and no redirects etc.
I have asked my hosting company and they say it’s not hacking.
    A very strange one this

    thanks

I did a complete re-instal and the offending image has disappeared.

As the rest of us can see the sparkol site, try

    1. Check your hosts file to make sure you’re not overriding the IP address assignment locally
    2. Use a private/igncognito browser session so there’s no issue of cache
    3. from a command prompt type nslookup www.sparkol.com
when I do so, I get

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name:	www.sparkol.com
    Address: 54.174.253.161
    Name:	www.sparkol.com
    Address: 52.72.140.178

It looks like you have TWO different IP addresses associated with your site. One of them may be serving the wrong content. Both are Amazon compute instances.
