Published posts auto scheduled !!!

    i am trying to publish my posts using the usual desktop publishing tools i used to , however all of them return the same problem :

    every post i tried to publish , is put in scheduled , however they never show up , or even manually configured to be published !!

    i tried this with :
    Flock
    Scribefire
    Zoundry Raven

    i tried to fix the wp-corn however it never works as well !!!

    everything were working fine in both blogs ( the issue happened in 2 blogs same hosting ) !!!!
