Published pages display 404 but post pages work

Hello world! I’m having issues with my pages (created under the pages tab in dashboard) displaying 404 error after being published. The assigned permalink and urls are the same for both. The only ‘pages’ that route correctly are the home page and the posts pages (created under posts tab in dashboard). I’ve tried some online solutions like resetting permalinks but nothing has worked so far. Any help is greatly appreciated!
