Published directory listing not showing up

    When a user “joins” our directory, they fill out the profile, verify their email, pay through Stripe or PayPal and they show up as confirmed and published in the order history. But they do not show up in the admin directory listings or the live member page, https://norcowib.com/member-directory-2/. I have to build the profile by hand (add a new directory listing).

    Once the order history says confirmed and published, the listing should appear in directory listings and on the live site but the profile does NOT show up.

    Is there a fix for this?
