Publish WordPress Category To Specific Tumblr Page

  • Is there a way that I can, with Jetpack or other plugin, publish my wordpress posts to a page on tumblr, other than the default home page?

    My wordpress https://thomasthorstensson.photography publishes fine to my https://streetfilm.tumblr.com

    But I would also like to create a new Page on tumblr (know how to do that), to which I can publish only wordpress posts tagged with a certain category. -Seems no plugin does that.

    For example, I have a WordPress category named Urban, and I have a page on tumblr named Urban. I hit publish in WordPress, and it publishes to my specific Urban page on my Tumblr blog.

    Is that possible?
