Publish posts only for one language

Hi,

Every time I publish a new post, it shows up in all the languages I have, using the default language when there is not a translation available.

Is there a way to avoid publishing in every language simultaneously?

I would like to be able to publish something in English, and later on publish the same post in other languages. Otherwise I end up having posts in English for other languages until I translate them.
