publish page content not display whether in draft content is display

You are using the optimisation plugin WP Optimize. Its cache could play a role here. Switch off the plugin as a test. If it then works properly with the publishing of content, consider whether you want to continue using the plugin. Deactivate all plugins as a test, not just the optimisation plugin. Also change the theme as a test. This way you can rule out one of the components as the cause and possibly find the reason.

@threadi ok i would try this and let me check it works or not hopfully i got my solution.
