Publish Newly Synced Posts Immediately

When syncing new records from Salesforce to WP, they come into WP as drafts, and I have to manually publish them. Once they’re published, they stay published, but is there a way to get them to sync and immediately publish vs going to draft? Also, if a record is deleted in Salesforce, will it delete the record in WP too? As always, thank you! (This plugin is awesome!)
