Publish from Upload Date & Auto Import

  • Two questions:

    Is there a way to import all of my YouTube videos to posts automatically instead of having to click on every single YouTube video approve button?

    Also, When these get imported in can they use the YouTube upload date as their Posts Published date in WordPress?

    Right now, it’s not possible. That could be added in a future version.

    @graphiclux, I always want to make my plugins better, but the thing is I don’t have any time right now to do it. I let you know when I’ll fix this.

    Hi @graphiclux, you can update to v2.0, it adds an “Approve all button”.

    It should do that since previous versions. Let me know if it’s a bug and how to reproduce it.

    Is there a setting that controls the published date? After approving them as ‘drafts’ or ‘published’, the date is always the current. It isn’t using the date from YouTube.

    I updated to 2.1, which adds an option to do that.
