Can you publish directly on the home page; that is without creating a post? This home page will contain no posts only Visual Link Preview entries. Need it because I just CAN’T get rid of the “Continue Reading” link which in this case is superfluous.

    Hi John,

You could create a regular WordPress page and set that as the homepage on the Settings > Reading.

By default WordPress shows a list of your latest blog posts, but it sounds like you’re not looking for that.

How would I place the Visual Link Preview box (with title, image, and excerpt) on the page? Usually it just shows a title banner etc of a POST.

Yes, I see I can place the code in text mode
    (whole lot of gibberish)
For each one which can only be done by creating a post and going to text and copying it and pasting in the text mode and that would work, BUT I’d need to design a custom header image and sidebar.
    BUNCHa WORK
There MUST be an easier way

You should be able to add the Visual Link Preview to a page just like you add it to a regular post, by clicking on the icon in the visual editor (or by adding the Block if you’re using Gutenberg).

Is that not working for you?

If not, could you send a screenshot of what you’re trying to do to [email protected]
