Publish Date Incorrect (off by 1 hour and 1 day)

    Running WordPress 6.3.2. Verified server time zone and WordPress time zone settings are correct.

    When I schedule a post for a future date, the Publish date in the Post Summary, just below Post Visibility, is wrong. For instance, when I set a post to be published on January 25, 2024 @ 12:00 AM, the Publish date reads January 24, 2024 11:00PM. As you can see below, WordPress is showing a Publish date that is off by 1 hour and 1 day.

    However, the date shown on the “All Posts” admin page shows the correct scheduled date:

    Posts that have already been published show the correct Publish date in all locations in Admin. So, this issue is specific to posts with Publish dates scheduled in the future.

    Sorry. They should be visible now.

    Which timezone have you set under Settings > General? Does this timezone also have daylight saving times?

    Los Angeles, and Settings > General > Local Time is showing the correct time. If I change it to UTC-7, then this problem disappears on scheduled posts.

    I can reproduce this – but only with this time zone. According to https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/usa/los-angeles, the changeover to winter time will also take place there the day after tomorrow. I assume that you will then see the correct time, because after summer time it will be one hour earlier.
