publicize.php hacked?

    I discovered publicize.php was changed two days ago on my system at 4:43 AM. It is the only file with that time stamp.

    Error on WordPress told me there was a problem with the code on line 202. Here is the code from that line:

    It looks suspicious to me. Something in this is causing WordPress to not display properly. Any ideas? Is this a hacker injection?
