"publicize"doesn't work with scheduled posts

  • Hi, I have a problem with the “publicize”function (both Facebook and Twitter). I saw that it works only with real time publishing posts, and not with scheduled posts. Having just read this forum, I tried to reconnect both twitter and facebook without results. I have, between the others, a plugin called “duplicate post”.

    Publicize does work with scheduled posts. It won’t work with duplicated posts though. When you duplicate an old post, you also duplicate its stats along with the post content, and Publicize then considers this post as an old post, and not a new draft.

    Could you try to deactivate this plugin, and schedule a new post? That post should then get publicized to Twitter and Facebook without any issues.
