Publicize – Wish I could "Select categories"

  • Had a hard time with Publicize today, though works ok I wasn’t aware that change posts status could flood the services added. I just thought that old posts was auto-set to not be publicized ??

    I know that this could be avoided if I disabled Publicize prior to change posts status, but I thought that removing the cagetory from feeds was enough.

    Though this was a very specific case, I would like to be able to select the categories or at very least, batch select the option in posts tables.

    Thanks for the suggestion! Although you can disable Publicize on a post-per-post basis thanks to the options on the right side of the post editor, you cannot exclude categories from Publicize at the moment.

    But I took note of our suggestion, and we’ll consider adding this option into a future Jetpack update.
