Just updated Jetpack and WordPress to latest versions. All working well, but just now I saw a prompt to refresh my Publicize connection to Facebook.

When I went through the refresh process in Sharing Settings, I saw this message: “This connection may not be working correctly.” I went through the process again and saw the same message.

My blog has been posting successfully to Facebook all day, as recently as this afternoon when I created a new post without encountering this issue.

My next posts will appear tomorrow, and I’ll know then if Publicize is still working with Facebook, but I wanted to bring this up now in case readers have anything to add.

Update: I’m not seeing the message any more, and Publicize sent all of my posts to Facebook today as normal. Marking as closed.

I have that same problem right now

Same problem here. I tried to completely disconnect from Facebook rather than refresh and was not able to reconnect. Instead I get an error message.

Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work.
    Error code: -32601

So now I am unable to share to Facebook at all.

In other news, the Google share button as worked off and on for the past several days.
