Publicize->Settings->Custom Message grayed out

    I just installed Jetpack and wish to push a recent blog post of mine to my Facebook business page.

    When I view the post I see the
    Publicize:
    Settings
    Facebook: Red Beauty Textiles

    the little click box is grayed out and the text field is not editable

    I haven’t been able to find a setting to turn this on.

    Jetpack’s Publicize module can only be used for newly published posts, so the Publicize options will indeed be grayed out for all posts that have already been published.

    Could you give it a try with a non-published draft, and let me know if it works?

    Yes, it works. Picks a random photo and unfortunately it doesn’t bring over the photo attribution.

    I’ll turn it off for now and just post to FB manually.
