    When editing a post we are seeing the message “Before you hit Publish, please refresh the following connection(s) to make sure we can Publicize your post:”. We have deactivated and activated jetpack, uninstalled the plugin, and reinstalled the plugin and still see the message. we have removed the connection in publicize and readded it. it has always shown connected. we have also validated our xmlrpc.php is working by viewing the response in the broweser.

    Can you give us some more information here? I see you have multiple social media accounts set up in Publicize, both Twitter and Facebook and multiple users on the site as well.

    Does the issue happen with all users on all accounts, or only specific accounts and specific users?

    Interesting. I am the admin of the site and I only see one social account in publicize, Twitter and account is shopmyexchange and it’s set for global.

    I have another site on that same domain using Twitter and account is exchangepao. these are the only two connections on these sites.

    There are two Twitter connections on that site to shopmyexchange. one is Global, connected by baltierram and the other is not, that one is connected by gillespyl.

    The account that has made the recent posts is neither of those accounts, if they’re using the Global connection, there should be no problem, but if they’re using the other one, then the issue might be from that.

    We are seeing this exact same issue happening to our posts again today. Nothing has been changed. Our publizice connections screen via jetpack to wordpress still says connected and the checkbox still exists for allow on admin, editors, etc.
