Publicize not Working on recently modified URL

Hi. I have a client who’s site we updated to a new URL. It was jjswellnessrevolution.com and now its jjswellness.com. We have the old redirecting to the new. The Publicize feature on Jetpack wont activate and logs us out when we try to connect her to Facebook. I see another thread with similar issue, but not sure what fix was put into place or if its something we can change on our own? Thanks for your help!
