    Hi, I am the owner of the site https://www.jardimdomundo.com, hosted by One.
    My posts are setted to be published automatically on my facebook page, on twitter, Google+ and Tumblr.
    Recently we changed the Blog theme and from now on publicize is not work anymore.

    I have turned it offand on again and still not working. Can you help me please?

  • Well that is 4 day’s to go. But we got then 60-80 articles on 4 pages and 2 sites is an total of 4×60 or 4×80=240×4 or 4×320, 2×240 or 320 on 2 sites. And all manuall. All articles are on the fly ans have to go there in 5 minutes. 24/7 is our job.

    Me i just post a new article every 2 days so it’s much more simple ;). I far as i understand your last post you have a impact on already posted article ?

    @jardimdomundo: Thanks for the report! I updated some site settings on our end in an attempt to fix the issue you’ve been experiencing. Could you please let me know if Publicize works as expected the next time you publish a new post?

    On Friday 10 AM French time it was working

    Still not working for me. At least on a scheduled post.

    Today a 10AM french time it was working for me for a scheduled post. But previously it was random. Some times works sometime not. Will see on monday for the next scheduled post

    Why a different thread when it is obviously broken in the same way for everyone here?
    Is there an ETA for the bug fix?

    @matthieubrucher: While these issues are similar, each one needs to be investigated individually. Creating a new thread allows us to track each issue separately, and make sure we investigate and respond to every report.

    @jardimdomundo: Thanks for the update, and sorry to hear about the continued trouble. Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site? To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Scroll down to the bottom and click “Debug”
    3) Click the link that says “Click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in your name, email address, and the description box with a link to this thread.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Then we’d be happy to look into this further. Thanks!

    Publicize was working for a while but now again is not working. It’s really annoying ??

    @jardimdomundo I checked our logs for the post you published earlier today, and it seems that all Publicize connections were marked as skipped for that post. Did you uncheck the boxes on purpose?

    If you didn’t, could you walk me through the steps you usually follow to publish a new post, so I can try to reproduce the issue on my end?
