Publicize not sharing to Facebook/Twitter

Hi,

We didn’t get any errors for the Publicize attempts for your site and the combination with the subscriber issue suggests that there may be a connection issue with your site and Jetpack’s server.

For the subscription issue, was it you that didn’t receive it or another subscriber? Checking into it, it appears your may not be subscribed with an e-mail subscription to your site (only through the WordPress.com Reader).

Thanks for your response.
I am subscribed and again today did not get an email.
Again today my blog was not posted to Facebook or Twitter.
The settings “appear” to be correct on my end.
I tried from two different computers with not success.
What do I try next?

Regarding the subscription, could you subscribe via e-mail? You can add a subscription widget (the “Blog Subscriptions (Jetpack)” widget via Appearance->Widgets) and then subscribe via that on your site.

You’re currently set to see the posts in your WordPress.com Reader (though after a short delay for Jetpack sites, something we’re working on).

For the Facebook and Twitter, I’m not seeing a cause for the trouble yet. Have you done a full refresh of the connection by both removing the connection from your WordPress as well as removing WordPress from the Facebook/Twitter app pages (details on https://jetpack.me/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook and https://jetpack.me/support/publicize/twitter/#reconnecting-twitter ).

WOW, you are awesome. My subscriptions are working and Twitter is working. Cool
Facebook didn’t post, so I’ll need to go back over that.
