Publicize not connecting to FB Page

Hi, I had recently upgraded my hosting server and suddenly the FP page connection on the publicize was not working. I tried to re-connect it, but it just does not connect to the page.

Basically I Add New connection and the FB popup area shows with my profile on top and pages at the bottom. I scroll down to the page and choose the page, it says it was successful, but on the publicize settings page, it shows that instead of connecting to the page I had chosen, it connected to my profile even though I did not choose that. Then after 10 seconds, the same popup comes up shows up and it is repeated if I try to connect to the page.
