Publicize not auto-posting to social networks

    Hi, I have been recently experiencing problems with Jetpack’s Publicize feature, especially for posts that are not directly posted from the website, for example, If I post a article via the official WordPress app on Android, it would not share the post to my connected and shared social networks, not even my favorited Twitter posts get shared anymore (via IFTTT)

    Is there anything I can do about this?

    I have the same exact problem. Anything posted through the WordPress app on Android does not get shared. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

    OK, so I had to replace the publicize.php from 2.9 with the one from 2.8, and this fixed my problem.

    Even I have been suffering from the same problem. I had heard bad things about this puglin, but now I get to experience it first hand. Motewera would be kind enough to upload the publicize.php from 2.8 version

    I can’t provide a direct link to the specific file though, but a direct link to the older version of Jetpack is fine, so, here is Jetpack 2.8:

    Hi all,

    This issue was fixed in Jetpack 2.9.2. If you still have issues, please start a new thread and include your site’s URL and other plugins you have active. Thanks!
