Publicize in JetPack Not Working

Publicize does not appear to be working. I was trying to add New for any of the options so I could have multiple accounts and when I clicked Add New it loads a blank page. I have been trying for a couple of weeks in case something was down. Today I finally deactivated and reactivated the publicize plug in and when I go to configure, nothing has changed. Site is goyafit.com, not sure if that helps at all.
