Publicize and editing published posts

    Hi,

    When I edit a published post, it seems Publicize won’t update the corresponding posts in external feeds (i.e. tumblr, google+ etc.)—the way, for example, that Tumblr Crosspostr updates published Tumblr posts, or that WordPress itself updates the RSS feeds. Is there any way to perform this kind of syncing in Publicize, and if not, is it a planned feature? ??

    Howdy,

    That’s not possible and isn’t on the roadmap at this time. Generally, updating existing posts isn’t consistent across social networks (e.g. impossible to edit a tweet), so we’d likely defer to keeping the current behavior rather than introduce a new one that likely won’t be able to be uniform across the board.
