Public User Profile Redirects to Home Page

    I just installed Ultimate Member, and I’m trying to make a publicly viewable user profile. I added a custom profile form via shortcode to the page below.

    I can view the page when logged in (as an admin), but when logged out, I am redirected to the home page.

    • I have ‘Global Site Access’ set to Everyone
    • I did the conflict test, no difference
    • I removed the user profile shortcode from the page, and am able to view the page when logged out

    What else should I check?

    Hello @jdowns1

    Please check that Profile menu is enabled in the Appearance setting together with the About tab, and access to everyone. Default tab set to ‘About’.
