Public site not working with 3.9

Hi,
My public site is not working with SEO U + WP 3.9.
The admin part works fine.Looking at the source of the front page and it stops at :
<!– SEO Ultimate (https://www.seodesignsolutions.com/wordpress-seo/) –>
When I disable SEO U, everything works fine.
