  • There could be a number of reasons for the site going blank.

    Generally we can assume there will be PHP errors, so please provide those to help the developers fix this, preferably with a backtrace.

    Oh and having WP_DEBUG turned on will not show you all errors, so please use the error logging as explained in the link.

    Also: What version of PHP are you on and is the SPL extension enabled ?
