I will say you how to make it. Please open the widget.php file of our plugin and at the end of file you must have the case with calling the functions. Please just remove that rows from the file. Lines 4033-4074.

Hello again, I seem to be having a recurring problem with voting after removing lines 4033-4074 from the widget.php. After a few days or so the plugin will not allow visitors to vote on the same device. I’ve had to reinstall the edited zip file and manually enter the votes so far. Any ideas why this is happening?

If you reinstalled new zip file you must do the same changes again. Have you done?

Yes, I installed the same edited zip file without lines 4033-4074. It will work fine for a few days and then stops working. I don’t see a pattern, but seems to be happening more frequently–first it happened after a week or so and now it’s happening every few days.

ok Now you want to remove again the function which you removed last time. For new versions it not the same lines. You must remove 3805-3847 lines.

With the new 1.1.6 which lines do I need to remove from widget.php for visitors to be able to vote on the same device? Thank you!

On this new version you mustn’t remove some lines from the code. In admin menu there is new submenu called “New Settings” open that page there is an option to make to vote agan from the same device. Just turn it off and it will work.
