send infos from a form to a new pending wordpress post without using the wp-admi

Hello,

I′m looking for some code which sends various infos to the WP database.
These infos should get inserted automatically in a new pending post.
possible values the form should send to WP:
title, tags, picture upload in a custom field, name

everyting warpped in one public form on a wp PAGE or something. I don`t want users to mess around through the wp-admin interface so with this form they got an easy way to add a post.

is this maby possible with cformsII?
