Public list of paticipants

Hallo.
I am looking for a plugin that puts a Public list of names on a page.

For an upcomming event i want people to be able to sign in as participants. And everybody shoud be able to see who is comming.

Some kind of registration form whith a few custom fields would be nice.

Any ideas out there?
